Address rental has been providing customers with a reliable way to manage their mail since the early 90s. The precise moment of inception has been lost in the turmoil of ownership changes, but one thing has remained clear: the core of the service has always been ease, flexibility and security.

In the past, postal management was a challenge for many entrepreneurs and individuals. The need for a clear, simple solution was obvious. Over the years, the world has changed, but the need for customers to have a postal solution that works has not gone away.

How did I end up here?

Address rental came into my life in a surprising way. It all started with a random phone call. It wasn’t even meant for me, but something made me stop and ask more. Once I understood what it was about, I immediately saw its value – I had needed this service myself and knew exactly what problem it solved. This was an opportunity I hadn’t been looking for, but it felt just right.

The challenges began immediately. Acquiring a business required funding, which I didn’t have. I went round the block, making phone calls, talking to funders – but few saw the potential of this service as I did. Eventually I found an investor who believed in my vision. The address rental business passed to me, and the work began.

Change and development

It was clear from the start that the service needed to be modernised. The customer experience was fragmented, processes were outdated and opportunities were being missed. This was unacceptable. I set out to rebuild the service – towards 2020 standards. The focus was clear: ease of use, customer centricity and smart use of technology.

Customers noticed the change. Feedback improved, referrals became more frequent, and the service started to grow. Today, I am proud to say that Address Rental has evolved into an easy-to-use, customer-friendly address service that both businesses and individuals can rely on.

Who am I?

I am Jarkko Haverinen, entrepreneur of Osoitevuokraus from 2021. My priority is to provide a service that makes my customers’ lives easier and more worry-free. Every client is an individual, and my aim is to provide a solution that is tailored to their needs.

Address rental is more than just a business for me. I see it as a tool that frees up our customers’ time and energy for more important things. When your mail is handled reliably and smoothly, you can focus on your life or your business. Delivering on this promise guides every step of our development. I am passionate about continuing to refine our service, as every satisfied customer reinforces my belief that we are on the right track.
